Service Administator, Highbridge
Are you enthusiastic, flexible and adaptable? We are looking for Service Administrator to join our team at Highbridge..
You will be the first point of call for customers coming into the Service Department and contacting us on the telephone so a confident manner and clear communication skills are essential.
You will be assisting in ensuring the workshop reaches optimum level against monthly targets, so will require a high level of competency in literacy and numeracy and have a good level of experience in IT systems. Knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous however you will be given training on all of the inhouse systems.You will provide general administration support to the service department as required.
Customer Service Skills are essential for this role along with extensive social and contact skills to enable you to handle conversations professionally with our customers.
This is a full time position of 40 hous a week.
