    Click for details

Immediate access to Roadside Assistance available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year across the UK, with coverage throughout central Europe as well.

With everything we do we aspire to be the industry leader and roadside assistance is no different.

The average Mercedes-Benz Service 24h attendance time is now under one hour.

We are the only van manufacturer that offers in house fully trained Mercedes-Benz technicians. Unlike other van manufacturers we do not use 3rd parties for roadside assistance.

80% of all incidents are now repaired at the roadside.

Our Service 24h technicians are 100% dedicated to vans and trucks (rather than spending most of their time on cars) so they avoid just 'towing it in' where they can.

Our technicians know how critical it is to get a commercial vehicle back on the road as quickly as possible because, when it's no on the road, it's not earning money.

  8. Servicing Costs

    Click for details

Servicing costs, downtime and the number of visits to a workshop for routine servicing are key areas focussed on during the concept development of Mercedes-Benz vans.

That is why we introduced Service Assyst as standard on Vito and Sprinter.

Through the use of ‘Assyst’, servicing and maintenance levels are calculated by the vehicle in line with the intensity of vehicle usage.

Service Assyst gives Mercedes vans flexible service intervals of between 18,000 and 24,000 miles for Vito and between 24,000 and 31,000 miles for Sprinter.

  9. Warranty

    Click for details

What does the Mercedes warranty cover?

The warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship that occur as a result of the vehicle manufacturing process. Whilst glass is not normally covered, warranty would apply in the case of a stress fracture.

In this way, we accept responsibility for those items that are ours: but naturally we cannot cover any non-approved modifications, accessories or bodywork applied after the vehicle’s manufacture.

  10. Safety

    Click for details

Mercedes-Benz build the safest vans in the world.

An estimated one third of all road traffic accidents involve drivers on company business.

A business vehicle is regarded as a place of work, which means that companies have to provide company vehicles that are fit for purpose as well as showing consideration of appropriate safety features to reduce risks to their drivers and the general public.

Mercedes-Benz supports vehicle operators in their duty of care responsibility by offering a wide range of active, passive, fatigue and load safety features and equipment throughout its entire van range.
