We have a dedicated Van sales team for New and Used who are trained in all the latest legislation and accredited against Mercedes-Benz industry standards, covering the whole South West region.

The Sales Team cover Bristol, Somerset, Devon and Cornwall are all highly motivated and willing to go the extra mile to make sure your Mercedes-Benz purchase is nothing short of what you would expect.

New Van Sales Manager - Brett Higgins

Brett started working for a Commercial Vehicles Body Builder when he was 18 and has worked in the industry for 27 years so has a wealth of experience.

After a five year apprenticeship Brett progressed into Sales and worked his way up over time into a Sales Manager roles within a Commercial Vehicle Dealer and sold in excess of 400 vehicles a year. He has extensive working experience of working within sales in the Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle Network.

Brett joined City West Commercials as Group New Van Sales Manager in June 2010 and his goal is to make sure that our City West Commercials customer is ‘Completely Satisfied’ from their whole van sales experience.

Group Used Van Sales Manager - Matthew Collins

Matthew has been in the Commercial Vehicle Industry for over 20 years.

Always interested in sales, Matthew became a trainee salesman in the mid 80’s and since his first appointment he has gained experience at many different levels which has allowed him to understand a customer’s key requirements.

He now runs the Mercedes-Benz Used Function for City West Commercials and strives to make his part of the business second to none.

When asked what things contribute to City West Commercials Used Commercial departments upwards success he said ‘we are only as good as two things, our stock and our staff.’

Matthew goes on to say he feels privileged to be part of such a growing business with the Mercedes-Benz three-pointed star and thinks, with great customer service we can only go from strength to strength.
