We are open Open from 7.00am – 23.00 pm Monday –Friday.
We are also open for Five hours on Saturday mornings with out of hour’s service in the form of Service 24h providing immediate access to Roadside Assistance across City West Commercials coverage in the South West.
We have branches in Bristol, Avonmouth, Exeter and Roche so are conveniently situated throughout the whole of the South West to service your needs.
Our highly qualified technicians range from Maintenance to Specialist Diagnostic and we have specialist Unimog Diagnostic Technicians. Many of our technicians are ‘born & bred’ Mercedes Benz as they have been with us since school and are fanatic about the products they work with and the ‘three pointed star’.
Our locations are ideally situated with coverage of the Bristol area from our Avonmouth depot which is based in a central industrial area, to our Van showroom we have situated in Hartcliffe Way.
Our Exeter operation is based in the busy business area of Sowton Industrial Estate which allows City West Commercials to provide Service solutions close to your place of work.
At the end of 2010 we moved to a new facility in Roche and this will allow City West Commercials to grow the Mercedes-Benz vehicle parts and sales due to its central location in the middle of Cornwall. It is easily assessable to all customers.
Much investment has gone into Roche which will allow for a phased growth and help us to build and facilitate all customer needs for Mercedes-Benz and allow staff levels to grow.
Our branches cater for all sizes of trucks and vans as well as carrying out repairs on all makes and models from a 1 tonne van to a heavy haulier truck, and we specialise in ‘on site’ work ranging from carrying out diagnostics, to inspections and repairs.
Additional services offered are imprest stocks held at your premises (subject to certain terms and conditions), on site estimating for accident repairs and an extensive stock of EvoBus bus and coach parts
