Meet the Aftersales Team

Due to the geographical expanse of our Market Area we have split the City West Commercials market area into two equal sections, North and South.

The North and South regions will be fully supported by our recently formed Business Development team who will assist in managing our existing customers and help us generate new business opportunities.

To manage these areas we have employed 2 Aftersales Managers from the commercial business sector.

They will bring knowledge and an external approach to City West which will ensure we provide the service levels our customers expect.

Nigel Simmons, General Manager North

General Manager for the North Nigel Simmons

Nigel will continue his responsibilities for Aftersales at Avonmouth, Bristol and Tor in Somerset.

Nigel joined City West in September 2010 and has a proven track record in the Mercedes-Benz network for delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
Nigel started his career with the Mercedes-Benz franchise as a Parts Supervisor in 1986 and since then has worked in both parts and service departments holding various management positions.

Nigel has been instrumental in the developments we have made in the North during 2011

Patrick Leppard, General Manager South

General Manager for ‘The South’ Adrian Adams

Patrick has assumed responsibility for Roche and Exeter. Patrick joined us at the start of September 2011 from a dealer group in Kent.

Patrick has an equally proven history from the commercial business environment and is a vital link in the Cornwall/ Devon business development.

General Manager for ‘The South’ Adrian Adams

Adrian started his career when he carried out a 5 year Apprenticeship in a dealership for a well known Manufacturer, before then working as a research and development engineer.

After moving from the shop floor into administration; Adrian worked in various roles taking up his first Service Manager position in 1987.
In the past Adrian has taken several challenging roles and successfully transformed dealerships into award winners.

Adrian joined City West at the end of 2010 and his experiences have equipped him with the practical knowledge needed to successfully relocate City West Commercials to its new site in Roche which opened at the start of December 2010.

Taz Hutchings Assistant General Manager

General Manager for ‘The South’ Adrian Adams

Taz Hutchings has assumed the role of Assistant General Manager at Avonmouth. He reports directly to Nigel and is responsible for the day to day operation of our Avonmouth depot and like Nigel has been instrumental in developing our Avonmouth business in recent months.

Adrian Jordon Customer Service Manager

Adrian Jordon’s focus is on developing our new site at TOR having assumed a role there several months back. Adrian is our Customer Service Manager for the site in Charlton Adam. His experience with the Mercedes-Benz product is allowing us to develop in an area where we have not had representation for some time.
